Did you update the project at your end (any code changes)? If yes, please share all the changes you did in the project. Secondly, please share your development environment details where this application is tested (e.g. OS, .NET version). And we’d appreciate if you share a short video explaining the steps to reproduce the issue.

        I use windows 2010, .net version 2017 from the demos i take "GroupDocs.Annotation.AspNetWebForms" project and just restore the in NuGet package

i use the link in github GitHub - groupdocs-annotation/GroupDocs.Annotation-for-.NET: GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET examples, plugins and showcase projects

Please create a Licenses folder in root directory of the project as shown in this screenshot.png (35.9 KB). Add the license file in this folder and then rebuild the application. If you don’t have a license file, you can request a temporary license (follow these steps).
