Thank you for this information. We have tried to reproduce this issue with your xlsx file and Viewer 2.13.0 but unfortunately we can’t. The document rendered not very well but we don’t have any errors. Could you please share all Viewer options that you use and on which document tab you get it.

In that screenshot you can see that some tabs are lost (you have to maximase the window). Can you fix that?

Thank you for the aspx file. We have checked it with our project (removed some of your calls to the server side) and all works well. Since that we can assume that the issue reason is in your code. Could you please share with us full server side files such as:
1. VisorGroupDocs.aspx.vb
2. And the file where you have declaration of the variables and classes which used in this file.
We need this because we should be able to reproduce the issue by running your code. If possible the ideal variant is to share with us example of your project that we can run it and investigate the issue reason because it source can be in some configs that you use or in some other place which we don’t have in our side.

Thank you for coming back. The issue with the tab panel is already fixed and the Viewer with this fix (btw fix for your second issue will be in the same version) will be released on the next week. We will notify you when it will be available.
Also if we understand you correct the document is opened well with out any errors now and the only issue with it is that the tab panel is cut(not all tabs a displayed), correct?

Yes, I got that error after I have updated to the new version (2.14.0). If I revert that change to my old library (2.11.1.0) the viewer works good.

Our developers said that you should copy your stream to MemoryStream before pass the stream to the Viewer. Could you please try this and notify if it works for you?

Thanks for your recommendation, now the viewer it’s working OK
The file posted in http://groupdocs.com https://forum.aspose.com/t/3042, now it’s working OK with the 2.14.0.
But the viewer can’t open the file posted in this thread: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q09q2w2b336486j/RC-MEL-01.xlsx?dl=0
Can you reproduce that?

We are glad to hear that the issue was resolved. About the file you mentioned - we can open it in image and html mode. Could you please try to clear the cache and try again? Also could you please provide more details about the issue, maybe you can see some errors?

I clean the cache, but without success.
