Apologies for any inconvenience. As per this message, you or the customer complained about missing picture/chart.

But here, the screenshot you shared has the image.
Could you please just highlight the text or area with the actual HTML file, put both files side by side and just highlight the issue or the conflict?
For example, take a look at this screenshot.jpg (106.3 KB), I placed both images side by side, higlighted same section that is available in one image and missing in second. This is just for the sake of understanding and we expect similar comparison from you.
